Said by the Senior Cardinal Deacon, Cardinal Camillo Caccia-Dominioni, just before crowning the Pope:

Accipe Thiaram, tribus coronis ornatam, et scias te esse Patrem Principum et Regum, Rectorem Orbis, in terra Vicarium Salvatoris Nostri, Cui est honor, et gloria in sæcula sœculorum.

(Receive the tiara adorned with three crowns and know that thou art Father of Princes and Kings, Ruler of the World, Vicar of Our Savior on earth, to Him be the honor and glory forever and ever.)

Pius XII crowned. Crowd cheers and applauds.

Sancti Apostoli Petrus et Paulus, de quorum potestate et auctoritate confidimus, ipsi intercedant pro nobis ad Dominum.
(May the holy Apostles Peter and Paul, of whose power and authority we are confident, intercede for us to the Lord.)

Precibus et meritis beatæ Mariœ semper Virginis, beati Michaelis Archangeli, beati Ioannis Baptistæ et sanctorum Apostolorum Petri et Pauli et omnium Sanctorum misereatur vestri omnipotens Deus et dimissis omnibus peccatis vestris, perducat vos Iesus Christus ad vitam æternam.

(By the prayers and merits of blessed Ever-Virgin Mary, blessed Archangel Michael, blessed John the Baptist, Holy Apostles Peter and Paul and all the saints, may the all-powerful God have mercy on you and forgive all your sins to lead you through Jesus Christ to eternal life.)

Plenary Indulgence

Indulgentiam absolutionem et remissionem omnium peccatorum vestrorum, spatium verœ et fructuosœ pœnitentiœ, cor semper pœnitens, et emendationem vitœ, gratiam et consolationem Sancti Spiritus, et finalem perseverantiam, in bonis operibus, tribuat vobis omnipotens et misericors Dominus.

(May the almighty and merciful Lord grant you pardon, absolution, and remission of all your sins, a space for true and fruitful repentance, an ever-contrite heart, the virtue to improve your life, the grace and consolation of the Holy Spirit, and final perseverance in good works.)
